We Hear You 2, Inc. (WHY2) is an organization formed to help small businesses benefit from an under-used $5,000 tax credit incentive program and assist them with a major opportunity to target the large and growing market of people with disabilities. Estimates for 2001 of aggregate spending by the approximately 54 million people with disabilities in America are $1 trillion

WHY2 seeks to help break down the barriers for the over 32 million deaf, hard of hearing and speech impaired, who comprise the majority of Americans with disabilities nationwide. These people need the same products and services that those who can hear need, yet they do not have the same ease of access to them.

President Bush in his New Freedom Initiative is urging small businesses to take advantage of the Disabled Access Tax Credit (DAC), a $5,000 annual tax incentive program created in 1990 to help them comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

WHY2 has developed a system to incorporate an expanded, yet simple to use, technology that offers small and mid-size business, including the self-employed and network marketers, technology that results in business growth within existing markets and encourages growth targeted at 32 million virtually overlooked customers.

WHY2 offers a solution to some of the barriers that prohibit these people from communicating directly, privately and confidentially with businesses, while increasing the business’s client base and affording eligible small businesses the full $5,000 annual tax credit under the ADA.
